Employer Online Programs
The Retirement Internet Reporting (RIR) system allows participating employers to report monthly employee service, salary and contribution information for their members to the NYS & Local Employees’ and Police & Fire Retirement Systems via the Internet.
Retirement Adjustment Reporting (RAR), accessed through RIR, enables you to submit online adjustments to your employees’ previously reported days worked, salary and contributions.
The Variable Contribution Rate application (VCR) lists your current Tier 6 employees and the rates at which they will be required to contribute during the upcoming fiscal year. By March of each year, we will provide you with a file establishing the rates your Tier 6 employees are required to contribute.
The Salary Listing is a record of the salary and days worked that you reported for your employees, as well as any adjustments made to that information, for the last fiscal year which ended March 31. The Prior Years’ Adjustments report is included in the Salary Listing application and reflects the adjustments submitted and posted to a member’s salary and service data.
Our Annual Employer Invoice application allows you to view your Annual Employer Invoice in a secure area of our website.
Our Employer Projections & Rates (EPR) application allows you to view a projection of your bill due February first of the following fiscal year. For example, a projection available in August 2013 is for the bill due Feb 1, 2015. EPR also allows you to review the rates for your specific plans and access other important information.
Elected and Appointed Officials
Regulation 315.4 requires an expanded record of work activities, a more detailed resolution and specific time frames within which requirements must be completed. Elected and Appointed Online Reporting (EAOR) is an online certification reporting program that allows you to send us the Standard Work Day and Reporting Resolution for Elected and Appointed Officials (RS2417-A) as required by the regulation.
Retirement and Retirees
The Retiring Employees Acknowledgement Program (REAP) enables State agencies and participating employers to receive pending employee retirement notices and to report or correct final employee service, salary, and accrual information.
The Post-Retirement Reporting (PRR) program allows School Districts and BOCES to electronically report annual salary for all public retirees on payroll during the previous calendar year, and to provide notification when a NYSLRS retiree earns more than the Section 212 limit, which is currently $30,000.
